I been around the block and back with trainers and training facilities, each one is different.
Starr is the trainer everyone needs. She goes over and beyond the compensation, you give her. Some of her services includes nutrition, training, and planning for you to achieve your goals and more. A personal testimony, I had to go get a shot in my shoulder and knee every six months to move. I have not received a shot since I started training with Starr. She is honest and does not slash your time. In most cases, she gives you extra time. She is very serious about helping you accomplish your individualized goals. She always has a smile on her face; I have never seen her dispirited. Starr provides personal training for all ages including senior citizens. Starr is certified, personal trainer/ fitness coach, life coach, nutritionist all in one.

When I began my journey, I didn't like myself.
I first began training with Super Starr Fitness in February of 2019. When I began my journey I was 345 pounds and on 11 different medications. I didn’t like myself. The people I see on a daily basis did not know my secret. Starr saw through my façade and promised me that we could fix this together. We could begin to address the deeply seeded issues by taking better care of my body and my health. After three months of training with Super Starr Fitness I have lost 25 pounds, my body fat percentage has gone down and I am confident that I can continue to lose weight and make better health choices. Starr believes in me even when I have set backs with my health and fitness she continues to encourage me on a new healthier path.

I feel much better now than before I worked out
I have been working out at Super Starr Fitness for over two months; my goal is to lose weight and tone up my body while making better choices with my diet. I have been doing lab test every 3 months because my cholesterol (LDL) and sugar (Hemoglobin A1c) have been high and steady increasing. After working out at Super Starr Fitness and changing my eating habits my numbers went down. My doctor was happy and so am I, I feel much better now than before I worked out and I still have a long journey ahead of me.
As you can see I still have a way to go before my numbers area level but I am seeing progress from the exercises and stretches that Super Starr has shown me. With my busy schedule I am able to utilize the app and exercise while I am on travel. Every time I go to work out with Super Starr we work on different parts of the body, and it is not the same exercises each time I go. The exercises have been helping me work on my posture and keeping my core tight. I have incorporated some of the stretches at work by using the stretch band. My body is transitioning into a healthy leaner body and I am noticing a difference on how my clothes fit and my energy level has increased.
Super Starr Fitness has shown me different variations of food to select and to incorporate healthier choices for my meals. I normally do not eat breakfast but I have started to make smoothies in the morning that include a lot of greens, beetroot and various fruits. Super Starr Fitness has explained what to look out for on the labels and what I should stay away from. I like that I am learning about nutrition and able to apply it realistically to my schedule.
I like the challenges that Super Starr Fitness does, this gives me something to work on at home or work to strengthen myself (like the squat challenge). It is a process and I still battle with myself on making good decisions, but seeing the numbers of my labs get better is showing me to keep going for a healthier life. It is not always the numbers on the scale that make a difference.

My name is Angela Bell and in 2010 my health started to diminish. I suffered from joint and gallbladder issues, and weight gain. My health problems took a toll on my self-esteem and by overeating for comfort I gain 55 pounds over two years which attribute to additional health issues!
When Starr told me she was a personal fitness trainer I quickly contacted her to start my fitness journey. I have been with Super Starr fitness and health Inc. since May 2019 and my personal training experiences have and continue to be great with Super Starr fitness and health.
My training sessions with Starr have been professional and she continues to be in my corner encouraging me and listing to my health and fitness goals. During the first few weeks with working with her by changing my diet and exercising I lost several pounds and a year later I have lost approximately 30 pounds and counting. That alone gave me the extra push to listen to her advice and continue exercising. Initially I started training with her once a week and now I go twice a week which includes access to her personal training app with customize home exercise assignments. Hopefully in the near future I can see her four times a week! Her enthusiasm, her encouragement, and the results I’ve seen in myself, and her all around great soul is the reason I will continue to go to train with her. I encouraged anyone who is contemplating to start please give Starr a try!
