My exercise programs include fundamentals such as endurance, strength, balance and flexibility incorporated with cardiovascular training. We specialize in customized nutrition plans, exercise regimens and instruction that incorporates the unique needs and fitness level of each person. We offer a private gym training environment that is conducive to meeting your fitness goals and also provide the option for us to come to you.
All monthly clients receive access to our Mobile Super Starr Fitness App (available for download on iPhone and Android) which includes; daily trainer access and interaction, custom home or gym workouts, nutrition and calorie tracker, and group challenges to assist on your fitness and health journey.
Individual Services
40 Minute Personal Training Session – $40
Designed for when you don’t have a lot of time and still want to stay on track with your workout by building strength and endurance. Includes a one-on-one personal training session with me and nutritional advice.
60 Minute Personal Training Session – $60
A full body fitness workout that targets all the major muscle groups for weight loss and toning. Includes a one-hour customized workout session with me, a suggested nutrition plan tailored to you, and individual home workout plans.
90 Minute Personal Training Session – $80
Designed for obese, overweight, or people who just what to sustain weight loss and physical activity. Training sessions are focus on stretching, cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training. Includes a 90 minute customized workout session with me, a suggested nutrition plan tailored to you, and individual home workout plans.
Pair Training
60 min – $90
90 Min – $120
Getting in shape can be easier when doing it with a friend or family member. This includes training for the iteration of your choice (60 min or 90 min) for two people.

This package is designed for the person looking to get a jump start on their health and fitness goals.
