Example of how to implement the “Triple Threat Challenge”
6 a.m. Exercise | Wake-up, get dress & go for a morning walk or workout for 30 minutes or more. During this time drink 16oz of water during your physical activity. |
8 a.m. – 9 a.m. First meal | Eat breakfast and have 16oz of water with your juice (optional). |
11 a.m.-12 p.m. Lunch | Eat lunch or a snack and have 16oz of water. |
6 p.m. – 7 p.m. Dinner | Eat last meal of the day, drink 16oz of water and start fast until 8 or 9 a.m. the next morning. |
